For the most part you've only heard me rave about the loveliness of film. Its timelessness, texture, grain, and the way it pulls out colors that is so hard to emulate digitally. So when I noticed the beauty of my bright yellow colander holding a fresh bundle of bright red summer cherries, I knew it deserved to be captured in film.
Only last week, after getting the scans back from the lab, I realized I had made the unfixable mistake. Somehow while loading the film I had failed to notice the roll was black + white...
...I guess at times it's nice to have the grace of a digital camera : ).
Happy Tuesday, Michelle
