Colton is currently holed up at a rock-mountain-glacier climbing course near Lake Tahoe. He's been in Bridgeport, California since May and last weekend was his lone weekend off until the middle of August. It was also the only five days I'll have been able to see his handsome face during the way-too-many week span. The week was a whirlwind of travel that included over 3000 miles in my car in six days, but somehow life is so sweet with Colton beside me. We walked the streets of San Francisco and shot a wedding in the quaint town of Ashland, Oregon with beautiful, fun, good-hearted people. It was the type of wedding that leaves my heart full and reminds me why I have the best job in universe. And just when we fell in love with Ashland, we made our way to Boise, Idaho where my brother married his long time lady-friend of ten years. It was a good week, a crazy week, but a good week full of hard work, lots of laughs, a few kisses (or more?) and the best of our families.
And if you'd like to see where Colton is spending his summer, here are a few pictures from the first few days of our road trip adventure. I wouldn't fight it if you told me I had to move here...
